Required Documents for “Opening and Renewal of an Office in an Individual Name”

Photocopy of Tax Certificate (most recently approved)
Taxpayer Status Letter with a current date obtained from the Revenue Administration Interactive Tax Office.
If the architecture activity code (711101) is not included in the taxpayer certificate, it must be added.
SGK Registration and Service Record obtained via e-Government (barcode-enabled document)
Application Form
(A computer printout will be provided to the member at the branch; the member will be asked to sign three times in the signature circular section.)
TRY 17,500 Office Registration Fee
TRY 1,500 Seal Fee (for first-time registration)
Total Outstanding Membership Dues (Number of years × TRY 4,200)

Incorporation Gazette
(The objectives and scope section of the incorporation gazette must include the term “Architecture”.)
Photocopy of the Trade Registry Gazette showing shareholding ratios
E-Ledger Approval Certificate
Taxpayer Status Letter with a current date obtained from the Revenue Administration Interactive Tax Office.
If the architecture activity code (711101) is not included in the taxpayer certificate, it must be added.
If there are TMMOB member partners within the company (e.g., civil engineer, mechanical engineer, etc.),
a document certifying TMMOB membership for the relevant partners
SGK Registration and Service Record obtained via e-Government (barcode-enabled document)
Signed Office Registration Application Form
(A computer printout will be provided to the member at the branch; the member will be asked to sign three times in the signature circular section.)

NOTE:
Even if the member is retired, an SGK service record must be obtained.
The requested document also serves as proof of retirement.

Membership
