• 2021 Approved Page Photocopy of the Self-Employed Book (If the e-ledger is switched, the letter of obligation (the application petition for the transition to the e-book is not accepted, must be a letter of obligation))
• Application Form (It will be given to the member as a print out of the computer at the branch, and 3 signatures will be requested in the signature circular section.)
• E-Government SGK breakdown
• 1100- TL Office Registration Initial Registration Fee
• 150 - TL Seal Price
• Total Fee Payables (Year x 480 TL.)

• Approved Page Photocopy of the Journal of the Year 2021 (If the E-Ledger is switched, the letter of obligation (the application petition for the transition to the e-book is not accepted, it must be a letter of obligation)
Trade Registry Gazette (The organization newspaper that writes the subject, purpose)
• Letter Showing the Current Date Share Ratio (Current document obtained from the Chamber of Commerce)
• If there is a TMMOB member among the partners of the company (civil engineer, mechanical engineer etc.), a document indicating that the relevant partners are TMMOB members.

(The share rate of the architect varies according to the number of partners and their professions. Information about the share rate can be obtained from the Branch)
* A copy of the Articles of Association amendment text in case of changes in share rates
