Documents Required for Office Registration and Renewal (for Individual Name):
• Tax Plate Copy (most recently approved)
• Updated Taxpayer Certificate from the e-Tax Office
• Application Form (A computer printout will be given to the member at the branch, and they will be asked to sign 3 signatures in the signature specimen section.)
• e-Government SGK document (Social Security Institution)
• 12,500 TL Office Registration Fee
• 1,200 TL Seal Fee (for the first application)
• Total Membership Dues (Year x 3,000 TL)
Documents Required for Office Registration and Renewal (for a Company):
• Tax Plate Copy (most recently approved)
• Updated Taxpayer Certificate from the e-Tax Office
• Photocopy of the Approved Page of the Journal Voucher for 2025 (If transitioned to e-Ledger, a transition application or e-Ledger certificate should be provided.)
• Trade Registry Gazette (The official gazette showing the purpose and objectives of the company)
• If any partners in the company are members of a Chamber of Architects, Chamber of Interior Architects, etc., a document proving their membership should be provided
• e-Government SGK full registration service document
If there is a change in share distribution, a copy of the amended Articles of Association should be provided.
